1) If the equipment falls under the category specified by laws and regulations, e.g., the Act on Maintenance of Sanitation in Buildings, please perform maintenance and inspection accordingly.
2) Operating hours are estimated based on 10 hours per day and 2500 hours per year. Confirm when entering the maintenance contract, as actual hours may vary.
3) The expected lifespan requiring product replacement is 13 – 15 years. The holding period for functional parts is at least six years after production ends.
4) The above conditions assume a general office building.
5) Please have a specialized contractor handle the maintenance of electrical components.
6) The above maintenance periods are general guidelines and may require special consideration based on usage, installation conditions, and water quality.
