Seibu Giken Co., Ltd. celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2025.
We will never forget the ambition that Toshimi Kuma, our founder, had when he gave up his position as a researcher in the Faculty of Engineering at Kyushu University to start his own business. We contribute to three areas of “Energy Saving,” “Environmental Conservation,” and “Advanced Technologies” with our original core technology. Thereby we continue to provide unique products and services to diverse customer segments in the field of special air conditioning, not only in the domestic but also in global markets.

In October 2023, we were listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market. After 58 years since our establishment, we transitioned from a public company to break away from our former structure and ensure sustainable growth in the future.

Our vision for 2030 is “to realize a climate-neutral future by being a leading innovator in air treatment technology.” As the first phase towards this realization, the medium-term management plan for 2024-2026 is currently underway. In this plan, we position ‘total engineering’?which includes proposing, designing, manufacturing, and constructing systems to create optimal spaces?as a growth business. By maximizing synergies with our core business of ‘selling module and equipment,’ we are working to establish a foundation for continuous profit growth.

We will actively make investments that contribute to sustainable corporate value enhancement while maintaining a balance between capital efficiency and financial soundness. We will also appropriately return profits obtained from growth strategies to our shareholders.

Our corporate philosophy is “Creation and Fusion.” We pay respect to the uniqueness and creativity of each individual involved in Seibu Giken, and by progressively integrating them into every dimension of our business, we continue to create new added value and work even harder toward the realization of the purpose of the Seibu Giken Group, “Provide green air solutions for every environment.”
