  • On-Site investigation

    We will visit your location to check the condition of the equipment.

  • Estimate/Schedule adjustment

    Our service engineer in charge will contact you to explain the estimated cost and schedule for the visit.

  • Inspection and maintenance

    Our service engineer will visit you to inspect and repair the product.
    If we cannot inspect the product due to its installation condition or if parts need to be ordered, we will arrange to revisit you later.
