The Seibu Giken Group was born as Seibu Giken Technology Research, and as this name implies, research and development form a major pillar of the company. We realize thorough quality control on the products that are the result of this research and development by handling every step of the process from manufacturing to maintenance, and with our high level of technology, we consistently provide the best rotors to our customers. Our development approach, in which we repeatedly provide in-depth feedback every step of the way from development to commercialization and flexibly give shape to ideas that go beyond technology, is a crucial factor in our competitiveness. With our technology, we can form all kinds of materials into honeycombs of various sizes, and we can load and support adsorbents, deodorizers in order to give functions to the materials efficiently.
Honeycomb structure contributes to maintaining low pressure drop as the structure has high surface area of impregnated/supported materials.

With our technology, we can transform functional honeycombs into rotors. Rotating honeycomb rotor and manipulating its temperature, it can be used to adsorb and desorb the gas to be processed and to exchange heat.

The Seibu Giken Group originated as a laboratory and scientific research institute, and from our inception, we have possessed both original ideas and the development capacity and technical acumen to commercialize those ideas. Over the past 50 years of research and development, we have acquired more than 100 patents in Japan and around the world to increase our international competitiveness, and the importance of these patents is growing year by year.
